Try to downgrade to older driver. There is a bug in 1.1.5 driver.
Helped me.

Streaming problem raises its head again. There must be a bug in 1.1.5 driver and Windows 8 X64 compatibility. Larger buffer helped 3 days. Now I can't stream anything With Fast Track C400. First it...

I had same kind of problem with streaming. Larger buffer size helped me.
New driver 1.1.5 needs more buffer than older ones. (I Don't know why.)
