Very strange that having the native card in your chassis would cause that error.
I tried using the prefs cleaner with no luck.. I also zapped PRAM, repaired permissions reset...

That’s interesting, I haven’t run into the 3GB cap yet in Mavericks. I always felt like it gave me more RTAS bandwidth but I could be wrong. I’ll keep an eye out for...

As we all know 10.X is not supported on Mavericks but it's been rock solid for me for the last 5 years. No issues whatsoever until my memory upgrade today.

I have a client that wants an 8 hour long mp3. Anyone have a workaround?

ProTools won't transcode/export the file and I have a feeling it's a limitation of the Mp3 file format.
The error that I get is: "The requested file size is too large for the file type to support."...

Can't imagine having to deal with that mess. Wouldn't mind it if the breakpoints were added to parameters that have already been automated. This bug is kinda a big deal, so 10.3.1 is pass for me.
