I am in awe. The error message does not reflect the problem... and you guys figured it out. Yes the audio length seems to be the "culprit".

good news I got it to work, downloaded Audinate's Dante Virtual Soundcard (and the controller). No HDX hardware.

SoundApp is a freeware ... but you knew that

The dialog was conformed at 48K, but all the other departments worked at 44.1K ... So I pre mixed the dialog...

Thanks for all your hints and tricks ... I have downloaded the new USD firmware ... as for the looping situation it ends in the Sony VHS (I had to it's the only one that doesn't have a loop through)....
