Follow up question...

When buying an external hard drive for the Pro Tools projects to go on, should I specifcially go for a mains powered drive, or will a USB bus powered drive be ok?...

Yeah speakers, amp, headphones etc all carry over from previous setup, no issues there.
May get the new iMac instead with 16gb ram instead of a Mac Mini, which would solve the potential bluetooth...

Hi Nik,
Many thanks for your reply. Unfortunately if I upgrade to PT12, change my iMac and get a new audio interface I think that would result in the least cost-effective option! lol I'll keep...

Hi,
When you ask what buffer settings am I using, do you mean H/W Buffer Size? If so, it's set to "1024 Samples", the highest. I just tried changing it to 32 samples (the lowest) and the delay...

Hi,
No. I turned Low Latency on and it turned off monitoring altogether! As for buffer setting I'm not sure I'll check tomorrow morning and get back to you.
