And this is whether the audio is embedded in the AAF file or as separate files and whether or not I export video at the same time. This is also whether I use the AVID AAF option or the Pro Tools...

Pro Tools 2022.10 crashing on trying to import AAF file from Resolve 18

Whether I am trying to import session date or open the .aaf file directly in Pro Tools, it crashes. This is on a Mac Pro late 2013 running Catalina on both ends of the transaction.

Thanks. I was unaware that we needed a support plan to update the software, so we're working on that now. What a headache. Thanks, all.

Side note: I just updated the workstation software on the Mac and now it can't find the Master Module on the network.

It is not lit blue, and the tracks page does not have any tracks listed. When going into layout mode, there are no layouts listed.

Yes, those are all correct. The sessions from this client are the only ones that have that problem, and as far as I know, they are running the latest PT version as well.

We just received a session recorded by a client. Everything about the session loads fine in PT, but the tracks do not show up on the S6, nor do any of the other session controls. I can't control...
