All of mine are like Oct 30, 2022, etc. Its whatever the OSX default is.

I don't mind the abbreviation of the month. No real reason for the whole month spelled.

I am pretty sure there is a date and time format within the OSX.

OPen Date and time and set date and time preferences.

All your files should show the way you set it.
