Auto-save only keeps the amount of saves as you set in Preferences. So if you have it set to save 10(the default)...

Sadly, I don't remember the ISA digital card having a lightpipe input, so there is no way to clock this with the ISA as slave from the 002R. My best advice is to dump the 002R and find a used 003R....

Is it a "Pro Tools" issue, or a "Folder track" issue(which Reaper does not have)? Here are some things to consider:
1-HUI is actually a seriously limited protocol(not Avid's or Behringer's fault....
