"inserts" is checked (I actually checked "all") and I still don't get any additional info on the inserts menu.

according to the users manual when i click the insert selector i should see two...

actually, i did install it and it does work. I've recorded and done some playback. very minimal. one track with some processing.

i've just done the reading on the requirements and got paranoid...

in addition...i should have followed the rule regarding the 64bit system. This was my fault entirely. But the compatability requirements are much more complex than this.
