Indeed, I think your only option for the MBA M2 is the newest version of Pro Tools. Apple never cares about backward compatibility, so every time they update OSX or hardware, it usually breaks...

Hmm, for starters, I believe its a separate download for the installer. Then, it needs to go on a stereo instrument track(maybe you had a mono track?)

Only thing I would guess is that Pro Tools is not "up front"(the program in focus). This might happen if the PT window is not filling the entire screen and you clicked somewhere outside of the PT...

Weird issue with clocking and 2022.7

I decided to take the cheap way out and got it all working on the old G5 and finally sold it as a turnkey rig, along with the Control 24 and some odds and ends. At least it went to a good home:D

No way I know of. If you can't do your recording while sitting at your workstation, then some sort of remote control would seem a good idea. For me, I fed my main(EDIT) screen with an HDMI connection...
