apple themselves discourage the use of alt characters and spaces in their hard drive names.
in fact thats common knowledge on most operating systems.

does soundflower work with protools?
probably not.

soundflower + internal midi bus = Logic Instruments (mainstage) in Ableton Live.
And probably any other DAW thats not limited to one kind of...

You can add the machines to managed lists based on the hardware address, and then you can tell it what they
can and cannot do based on preferences on...

Yah, We have over 80 new intel iMac all running Protools, and 12 Mac pro's all running HD.. it's a lot to managed.

yes, pretty much all 1TB firewire drives are 2x500GB. It's a hardware raid.

when they first came out they were fatter, because they were 4x250GB..

They are quite nice.
Takes time to learn them, as they don't come with an interface, you have to build it all from scratch.


They have a new one called Dexter, that you should look...

but just upgrade to 7.3.1 OS X and run it on your mac in OS X, and you will have way less problems.
