Be sure to install the most recent version of the Avid Plugins. That should be 2022.2.0. It just came out earlier this year around March 2022.

Most likely you have a plugin that is not Monterey compatible. Move your plugins to the unused folder and restart to see if it will start. Then start moving your plugin in one or a few at a time...
