Set root to settings folder to: library>app support>digidesign>plugin settings folder>choose. And it got fixed. Dont know why the root settings folder changed in the first place, but it works now.

Hi,
I instaled the 6.9.1cs1 update and I cant get my plugins to read their presets. How can I relink all mi plugins to the plugin setings folder?

Yes, I did the uninstall that way. Mi problem with 6.9 was that I had to reopen sessions mixed on 6.4 and 6.7, this sessions had several instances of the ultrafx tremolator and waves...

Ok, I went back to PT 6.7cs8 and every thing is good now: no crackles an pops.
all the sessions that abused the use of tremolator and waves IR1 work great now.
Digi, I know its easier to blame OS X...

Hi, and thanks for the responce. Unfortunately I have checked all the setings in my system and they are as they should be. trashed preferences, erased all nvram (opt-comand-o-f) repaired permissions....

Hi, I just found out that not only the IR1 is distorting now, but the Ultra FX bundle from soundtoys is cracking & poping up too. specially the tremolator. I found out opening last years finished...
