Does the Master Fader determine the overall volume of your mix? If I bounce to disk with the Master fader -22db the mix comes out really low. If I bounced at -6db will the overall mix be a lot louder?

Maybe it has something to do with the latency. Try lowering the buffer size. Don't use 1024 samples for recording.

I can't open this session. I thought at first, maybe because that session has too many plugins and its just taking long to load. But other sessions with the same plugins load up under a minute.
