Hey I had the same issue, and just solved it. shortcut is command P (for me 6.9) but turn off the auto spot regions in the operations menu. That's the wee blighter!!

I would like to know if the ADC effects the midi tracks as i have to keep changing the offsets. That may have something to do with your stylus too.

Thanks i have been trying to find a forum for motu. That will be a great help!! It's fine for me on pro tools and standalone mode so i don't know whats happening. looks like i may have to rewire...

Yes it was reported on at the time. If you upgrade to 10.4.3 it solves this although i haven't tried it yet.
