Purchased and installed eleven rack. Does not show up in plugins

Hello, I purchased the eleven rack expansion and did the installation but when I look for it in the plugins it's not there. The eleven free plugin is still there but nothing new.

If you use a faderport you will still have to nudge since theres only 1 fader. If you really really want to upgrade get a Mackie MCU pro. you start off with 8 faders and you can upgrade it to 32. ...

When I work in grid mode everything is online in time, when I switch to slip mode a grid is still there only it's not the grid I want.

Whenever I prepare a an audio track for tracking I have to create an AUX track to audition it. Or I just arm the track but if the track is armed and I play the session I can't hear any incoming...

when bouncing a track the "format" options are mono, multiple mono and interleaved. I always do interleaved but why would somebody want muliple mono?
