Seems we found a way to fix this problem. Try booting up the S6 first, then the XMON, then everything else. No issues with mute or audio not coming through anymore. Interesting...

Still having the same issue as stated above with the S6 & XMON. Has anyone found a solution yet? None of the suggestions given have worked for me.
