You can just copy the entire project folder over to the new computer using an external drive or your home network. This is how people share projects or bring them to a different studio for mixing....

I also have to change the sample rate in the Apogee app and not in pro tools. At least the first time I opened PT. All of my sessions are in 48 so I havent had to change it since.

So I JUST switched from Mac to Windows this week after 12 years. My build seems pretty solid. I haven't had any issues yet.
