Could Digi tell us why there are no DirectX drivers for the Digi001/AMIII?

There are a lot of applications, like stand-alone soft synths, that perform with ultra-low latency with DirectX drivers....

PTF installed without any problems on my machine with my AMIII and 1.6CS2 drivers.

However, during PTF installation, I was asked if a certain dll (DSI I think) should be overwritten. I said yes...
