I'm on version 1903 of Windows 10. I haven't tried removing the plugins. I don't know how to do that and would be afraid of losing my plugins. How is this done safely?

I had defaulted the I/O previously, but something must have happened and these inputs weren't showing up. Defaulting again worked and now I have MIC IN and GUITAR IN although in white and not yellow...

I had the same problem (bad disk) and contacted support. They provided a link to download the software and when that didn't work for me, they sent a new disk.

I just got around to trying the update on my Windows 7-64 bit machine again using Benoni's method and it worked like a charm. Thanks a ton Benoni for the tip and the link for the old driver version....
