I have run the disk utility on my Mac HD, my Seagate and my Glyph and I'm still getting a 9121 error when I try to import audio into a session.

I've run some disc utilities today, cleaned up all three of my drives and I'll let you know how it goes. I haven't had time until today to fix anything. Thanks again for your help trying to fix this.

I did a disk repair on the Mac HD but not the Glyph or Seagate. I also saved the session name in all CAPS if you think that might have caused a problem.

The Glyph, The Seagate and Mac HD are all Mac OS Extended (Journaled)

I'm not sure what you mean by a startup volume. The main pro tools software is on my MacHD and the session that I'm having problems with is on the Glyph. The Glyph is daisy chained to the Seagate and...

I have gotten both a 9121 and a 9126. Some sessions will open and some will not.

I'm not totally sure, how can I check that? I believe they have read/write permissions if that's what you're asking. The Glypth's default is for Mac OS and it's the one I'm using for this session.
