Well, you can do so many things to customize OSX.
For example;
Install "Fruitmenu" . You will have more option of Apple menu and context menu of OSX than OS9.
Install "Label X" to change color...

I used TeckTool Pro 3,Norton Speed Disk, PlusOptimize(Comes with DiskWarrior).

They seem to 'defrag' a little bit differently.
My best choice is Speed Disk and I always use it.

I've been using Turbo Mouse Pro and Mouseworks 5.7 with OS9.2.2 and OS10.2.1.

It does not cause any problem about any applications (so far).

ASIO DigiDesign DirectIO should be inside of ASIO Drivers folder in your Peak application folder. (Same place)

I see Toast shows it is DVD-RW/CD-RW on OSX and OS9 but Apple system profile of OS9 does not say that.

???

Toast (5.1.4 or 5.1.6) ejects DVD-RW...

Superdrive inside of Mac is DVD-R,CD-RW.
You can't burn DVD-RW disc.

I bought DVD-RW discs to do same thing like you and I found out the truth later.
I was very disappointed myself.

I am not sure but sounds like you are booting your mac from OSX first and maybe you installed PT LE on it and trying to launch PT.
Then Classic starts booting and the digi extension INIT is...
