Thank you. I'm going to try this. But question: If I do option 3, will all plugins that are now installed, be "disconnected" to Protools? Or are you saying I need to go and uninstall all of them...

Great. Now the store is closed. Busy lines all day, now closed at 4:15.

I've tried since teh beginning of the week back and forth to just have customer service tell me where the download link is...

I found it. It shows my orders, one of which is PTLE7 Upgrade Plus. However under Registered Downloads, it says "none."

Thank you. Just so I'm clear, not so much the mismatch (but maybe), but definitely Pro Tools just does not like VIA chipsets?

Bummer. Just bought this and had it overnighted to me (we have no stores in our area to buy any).
