I see your issue now.
You aren't running the right firmware for the MTRX Studio. You should be on firmware 1.1.3.1 or, at least, the bare minimum of 1.1.1.5. Not 1.0.3.1 (?)

Are you sure you are using a thunderbolt 3 cable and not a usb-c cable? I've seen people screw this up before because they will both fit.
