Yes I’m sure about the Thunderbolt cable because I succeeded in seeing a mtrx II that I had. The dad driver setup can see the mtrx ii but not the mtrx studio I had just setup with the same computer...

Hello,

I have the same issue here and would like to know how this was solved ?

here is my setup and issue :

I cleaned the slot in the MTRX Studio and installed the hardware.
