....according to digi support this is a power harness issue. (very good/quick support from their email tech staff BTW!!..)

Never heard of the faders problem being associated with this before.

also... this past week I have been getting firewire connection issus which resolve when i reconect or on/off the 002

could this be a power supply harness issue...I dont recall these exact problems...

Have searched on this problem and tried some fix's to no avail....

I open a session from a freshly booted pc and everthing is swimming for about 10 minutes, then I start getting...

indeed.. i am missing the manual!! I did have the old one from 5.0.1 but thats not much use (i think my girlfriend chucked it out anyway!)

Backwards compatibility issue

Hi duc peeps!

Today I moved some sessions from my pt 7 machine to a friends pt 6.4 machine, and his pc did not recognise the pt 7 session files….

Is this right? Or am I missing something?

thanks for everyones response. drums and acustic guitar recording was what i had in mind.

i used the borrowed pair as drum overheads (x-y) and was really happy with the results....

From my own testing i think the performance hit maybe coming from waves... I have re-worked all my problem sessions now, so they work just fine.

so i ran the memtest.... and after 4 hours of testing i gave up!! how long does a full test take?

in the 4 hours memtest ran for there were no errors.

do you think the ram is an issue? I will...

I have upgaded to sp2 and waves shell v5 but am still having dae errors -9129 and -9128.

pt 7 cant even get through a whole song without telling me to remove plugs.

Hello all

So today I upgraded from pt 6.4 to pt 7.

It all went swimmingly to start with. Easy installation and some nice free plugs!

However, it seems that my machine now won’t play my more...

Pod Problems

hi

So i have just bought a pod xt off ebay... and am having problems.

it seems like the LCD is broken.

i plug it in, turn it on and the screen is just orange.. and blank. No matter what...
