Ripping multi track CD\'s to a single track

Anybody recommend a decent (free) ripper that will rip multi track CD's to a single track and rip at 48K ?

In Ableton (I know your talking about Reason) you have to select the midi preferences from one of the options menus and allocate what USB device you want to use.

Is there an equivalent in Reason ?

I know exactly what your talking about. I have achieved this with a fist generation KAOS pad on one of the delay settings between #20 and 30.

KVM may work for the monitor but I’m not sure about the mouse and keyboard.
