In Pro Tools go to the Setup menu. Click on Peripherals. Open the Ethernet tab. Check the Eucon Controllers checkbox.

Turns out I had an empty iLok iCloud session open which was confusing the system.

I would have never figured that one out.

"Error,missing PACE authorization for "Pro Tools". Please insert the necessary iLok or rejoin your your iCloud session and restart Pro Tools"....

Just curious, Are you running Eucon stuff that might be glitching somehow?

Also Shift-f is the shortcut command to open/close folders. Are you running into a shortcut conflict?

Its seems that way. It knocked out my Artist Mix's screens but not my Dock or iPad Running Avid Control. The Mixes still worked except for the yellow screen bug.

Same here Mac OS 10.15.7

Eucon 2021.6

4 screens total
2 Artist mixes both with yellow screens.

1 Avid control on iPad Pro and 1 Pro Tools Dock both seem to be fine

Make sure you are saving in the Eucon app after you make the change and also in the Left edit realize you need to use the ALT button instead of the SHIFT button to access the secondary button pushes....
