Thank You for the replyI will order on Monday p.s. I have a friend with a 002 (rack) and a AM3 card and he is using core audio 6.7 in panther with the AM3 for his systems audio with no problems at...

I own LE 5.1 upgraded to 5.22 on a B&W and it's worked well ...but I just bought a dual 1 gig MDD G4.I searched digi store and the duc but I have not found PT6 or 61 or as I understand 6.2 will work...

The init file goes into the extension folder(there should be one there already if your running a 001).The direct i/o goes in your aiso folder.You open cubase and open audio/systems/audio setup/select...

I use an A.R.T. DI/O pre amp.Its a 2 ch tube pre w/digital outs. Its been very versitile and warms up the sound nicely (it has some useful voicing presets )...

I use an ART D/IO Preamp system which is a stereo tube pre amp that has modeling ect.It retails for around 500 Cnd.So Us should be in the $300 rangeU.S
It sounds pretty good.

I had a major problem recently and had to wipe the systems drive and re install everything. I had backed up all my sesions and audio on to an external firewire....

Sorry about the reply(it was very late)
In aiso device I use,
Digidesign Direct I/O to run cubase thru my digi hardware.It has a lower latencey than the old digi AISO . ie audio media III ect.......

Direct i/o works fine with cubase.It also allows you to run quicktime player-cd player ect to run thru your digi hardware.Just select it in your aiso setup in cubase systems-audio-setup.

I've benn using the sonnet ata 100 card for a couple of months now with great results (knock wood)
The only problem is a bus error on startup once and a while,but the audio is very stable.
