Ok, we have a fix!
the mouse now works properly, and the check box is no longer greyed out, and it is unchecked.

Ok, unistalled. then restarted.
Re-instlled 3.6.1 as Admin, the problem remains.
I checked the registry and both the DATA settings we changed remain at "0"

Ok did it.
No change in mouse behavior, still not working properly.
The box is still greyed out with checkmark inside in the eucontrol settings page for "enable External workstations".

It is in the Eucontrol Settings, under the "Worsktations" tab.
And the problem is back after I restarted my machine, it is greyed out and I am unable to change it, and my mouse problems are back.

Thanks for the tip.
I am having mouse issues too, however I am not able to disable the check box to disable external workstations, it is greyed out.
Any other suggestions?

Windows Explorer is NOT ignored by Eucon. In fact I have a whole page of custom touchscreen buttons to launch my apps and favorite webpages.

It is in the Key Commands list as well ,you just need to assign it to a keyboard key.
It is easier to use the Eucon command, it saves you the step of first assigning it to a key in cubase then...
