low latency monitoring in 7.3??

My Understanding is that low latency monitoring is only on supported by the 002 systems....Could be mistaken. If you wanna reduce recording lag you can reduce the number of samples in the playback...

I think what I'll try is direct mic on the kick into port one and a submix for the rest of the drums.

From there I will see what I can do... lol

If all else fails I'll try to program the midi...

Yea we do have a PA system. Thats a good idea.

To the person above who said something about replacing the drums with samples...Would the easiest thing be to match it up with the pencil tool on a...

Ok that makes some sense now. So if I had a midi controller, I could play the drums on that and it would record onto the midi track? But otherwise I best use the pencil eh? (Ya I'm canadian)...

I noticed I could drag the loop into the midi track. But I was hoping to program a whole song or something in reason then play it to record into them midi track

Its lite. But like even other plugins...I can't get it to record to them midi grid.

Hey everyone, I'm brand new to pro tools. I have the PT 7 LE and Mbox 2 Factory Setup. I've tried and tried and for some reason I cannot get pro tools to record the midi from REASON drum tracks...
