Yeah,.. when I did the uninstall I got rid of all folders,... but when re-installing i get the same problem when initializing the program. I haven't tried the cs9 update tho,.. where do I get it?

I did a fresh install of XP Pro sp2. Everything seems to be working fine, however, I installed PT LE6.4 and everything seems fine,... until I start the program. It completely crashes the computer...

Plug In and Settings Migration

ok,... I now have a copy of 6.4,..

What process do I take to upgrade from 5.3.2 and how do I not lose my plug-in's and plug-in settings,.. ie: migrate them?

I get an error while starting PT that says: The procedure entry point _FicRegisterDirectMIDIClient@16 could nto be located in the dynamic link library...

Installed Plug\'s not showing up???

I've installed a few RTAS Plug-Ins and they're nto showing up in my list when I try to insert them on a track,.... am I installing them into the wrong folder?

I thought they were supposed to...

From what it sounds like,.. you have one of the DIgi002's that have a faulty Firewire harness,.. you should call Digidesign and speak with them about having it RA'd. They should have fixed that...

OK,.. I'm running XP with PTLE 5.3.2 for a DIGI002.

It's an 2GHz Athlon Machine with an 80GB HD and 512 2100 RAM.

I've recently gotten some new plugs and I've started to get down to about 10GB...

OK,.. I unfortunately have to sell the home studio I am working in now, which is based around a DIGI002 with Windows XP Pro running V.5.3.2)

Well,..

The DIGI website was down for a day after I posted this. I called my boss at the Synth Museum and he got me sorted out.

Somehow,.. I have no idea why,.. but the MIDI default instrument...

I just relocated my studio to my home for a week while the hurricane passed through Florida and now that I'm back home my MIDI out isn't working on my DIGI002.

The cables are fine,.. I hooked them...

Not sure,. haven't had to perform that function,.. so I don't know if PT does it,... You can always find a MIDI clipboard utility adn cut and paste them into a sequencer that does have the function...
