In looking at my case history there was a past ticket that is related to what I'm seeing - Case 04603984

That is the timeframe that I started seeing issues with the plugins and encoders as well

Hi Eddie,

I forgot to mention that whenever I have to power-cycle the Dock, it is hit or miss if / when it comes up and is recognized by EuCon. As an example, I powered it off fifteen minutes ago...

It's at least the bottom two encoders on the left bank and the 3rd down on the right bank. It's been going on for a while and just getting around to it

not really. The same ones don't seem to work. As an example when I try to change the RATIO with the encoder it won't budge. It doesn't matter if I try by selecting it in the Inserts or Dynamics...

Well I deleted the KnobMaps folder and it seems worse. In trying to use the encoders on my Dock to control the UAD Oxford Limiter I am having the same issue with that plugin. If I sweep directly...

I'll try to do the video but it will be quite large.

Before I do that how to I reset the mapping to Default? I want to eliminate any custom mapping I might have done previously?

Avid Dock Encoders - Some Not Working

I am running Pro Tools 2023.12.1 with EuCon 2023.11.0.121
I use two S1's with an Avid Dock. The problem I have is the encoders on the Dock. Some of them don't work even if I create a Custom Map.

I can do that but the quality might suffer as I'll need to use an iPhone by hand to capture what the Dock is not doing

Well directly after my last message I added Safari, Finder, Music with Pro Tools 23Mac under EuCon Applications and I made sure to toggle between apps and everything has been fine.

I'll keep at it...

I don't. This is a 2023 Mac Studio Ultra connecting to a Cisco SG-250-18 Switch. I can certainly move the port on the switch? I am using a CAT-8 cable to connect from the switch to the Mac...

One other observation is that it seems whenever this happens I lose my "Sign In" within Pro Tools; File, Sign In

It just happened again and it seems to do this whenever I view another open app, in this case Music - I imported a bounced track.
