Hey guys quick question

One of my songs in only 3 minutes but in Pro Tools it shows up saying 18 minutes.How do I stop a song at a certain point.Its not like I have 15 minutes of a hidden track anywhere.SO its 3 minutes...

The plug is definitly make it horrible sometimes I downloaded Aplitube and tried to use it and bang more static than I've ever seen in my life so I stick with Eleven rack. I get less static at 128...

Yes I've tried to change the buffer size several times it doesn't do much of anything -_-

One thing that is weird is it does not let me change the Sample Rate...
