I have a 48 k wave file which is the audio track for a movie done in 24 fps.
Now I need to convert it into 25 fps. Any suggestions how to do this quick?

Sorry, I did not get that right... why should ProTools not play a well captured Quicktime correctly?
As soon as I import the file, I work with one single system that doesn`t need any videoclock....
