Pro Tools Eleven Rack data export?

Can Pro Tools export the settings data from an Avid Eleven Rack in a format that Excel/Word/Notepad/etc can read?
I've never used Pro Tools so I have no idea of its import/export capabilities....

More bothersome to me is the fact that I told the people at Avid what I wanted to do with the information and they either didn't care enough or know enough to tell me that it couldn't happen.
