Hi Jeam,

The Digi 003 is selected. I was able to find out how to get the sound back and what's causing the issue.

First I found this RMA notice from Avid that said to check the Aux in buttons...

I have tried existing filename and tried creating a new filename. One thing I did recognize was that the video file I imported was AVI. Does it need to be a mov or wmf file?

Miek, I forgot off the top of my head but Ultimate has only a few features over professional (I think it has something to do with Active Directory) If your machine is a standalone it doesn't matter....

I fixed it, it wasn't a driver issue, turns out I just needed to depress the Mic/DI button on the 003

Your Probably going to have to buy a new computer if you want to run Pro Tools 10. Check the manual for your PC to find out what it can max out to, but DDR2 Ram is old which makes me think...
