thanks for the tip. the empty track trick works. you can even switch the input off of your mic,enable the green input button, and just leave the track muted. seems like this is a huge software...

issue still exists in 10.1.2 of pro tools hd. this is when using low latency mode and on a hd native card.

wow, didnt know of this PowerMix version. come on digi, bring it back! i think personally protools is way more popular now so this type of dongle would work. plus they wouldnt have to worry about...

do you notice a big difference between the two? i'm using the rtas version because its all that will work on my mix plus system for now. hopefully i can upgrade to HD sometime next year, but for now,...
