I used to love this place. but it I only visit the duc about once a month now. It seems that all that's going on with protools is the occasional update to keep up with apple's rapid hardware/software...

Wow, great studios, thanks, but way too much.

I'm thinking more of a project based studio. I like to work in one big room with a protools rig in the middle with a ton of instruments.

I started this thread because my "end of cycle" instincts were making me reluctant to buy an accel card on ebay. I need more power but my esp is waving a red flag at me. I don't really have a problem...
