The Mac mini is connected directly to the switch and so is the dock.

I've attached my ethernet settings on the Mac mini. It says self-assigned IP (pic attached).

Do I need to change the settings?

It also removes the dock from My Surfaces when the error message appears but says it's available to add. (See attached screen shot)

I've put back the IGMP to what it was.

The dock does show and adds on to My Surfaces but after I've added it the network error pops roughly after 15 seconds.

I have tried Restart EUCON...

I think I've figured it out. The discovery app was run when I had it connected directly to the Mac mini (I was trying to test different permutations and forgot to reconnect it to...

I was able to accèss the switches settings.

I've disabled IGMP snooping but I'm not sure how to disable QoS settings.

I've included snap shots of the options it gives me.

So the switch is only connected to the Mac mini's ethernet port and the dock.

I'll try changing the settings as you've instructed and report back

Tp-Link Model:TL-SG105PE

It's listed as a smart switch. Unfortunately it is the only type that I have access to.

Sorry forgot to attach the files you asked for in the previous post.

So the collect logs produced a zip file (2.1mb). When I try to attach to a post is says invalid file type.

Logs are attached as a zip file.

I've taken out the power cable and left it for 30 seconds. Is that the proper way to do a power cycle?

Did a Restart All Eucon Apps.

Added dock to surfaces....

I've downloaded Discovery. It doesn't give me the option to export the data so I have taken a screenshot.

Just tested it there with the dock connected via a switch.

So the network error message pops up even without launching Pro Tools.

In Eucon I add the dock to the My Surfaces list and after 2mins...

I have an older intel Mac mini that's connected to the switch and I've activated internet sharing on it.

So I'm thinking something like this would work with the iPad connected to the wireless...

I think I get it.

Could I connect the mini and dock to my network switch and add a wireless access point as well.

That would keep everything on the same network with the Mac only listening to...

Dock not working with wifi on

Hi folks,

Just forked out for a new dock but left scratching my head on how to get this thing to work. Hoping you can help with some pointers.

Here's the setup:
