Have you tried resynching your iLok? What does the ILM s/w say you have on your iLok? Maybe PSP messed up and have the wrong file on...

Thanks for the reply. So it does come down to having a Metal compatible video card then. Waves should have been more forthcoming with this. Would have saved a LOT of time for people.

How are you not having problems? All the v12 gui's are blank on a 5,1 cheesegrater. Even Waves themselves says 1 2012 5,1 MacPro is not compatible with v12. Combine that with the thing that Waves...
