Awesome. Thank you. So if my math's right, that's around 80 watts, correct?

Power consumption for HD I/O 16x16
I've looked everywhere for the 16x16's power draw and it's nowhere, not even in the manual. I'm trying to spec out a UPS. I read somewhere here that the 192 I/O ran about 200 watts. Will I be safe if...

C|24 Power Consumption
Anyone have an idea what the power draw of the C|24 is? Trying to spec out a UPS and make sure whole control room is under 15 amps.
I can't find this anywhere.
Thanks

Re: Mics and outboard for new studio (in a school)
Total budget is ~$181k. About $122k remains after we purchased the four WhisperRooms and drum kit, so the bulk of the "construction" is done. About $1000 will be used to build "doors" to seal outside...

Re: Mics and outboard for new studio (in a school)
Right, but it's always been my preference to run guitars into a DI box so I can run raw guitar to the board and an amp. Get hardware pedals and amp close to the desired sound for performance sake,...

Re: Mics and outboard for new studio (in a school)
Because your thinking I need them for toms and horns? Or what other instruments do you like them on?
Might stretch the budget too much to get two 87s. Might replace the TLM 49 with another...

Mics and outboard for new studio (in a school)
My school asked me to put together a recording studio by September. A few years ago I did a fair bit of work with an 002, and had access to a Control|24 in community college studio with a decent mic...

Re: Pro Tools 11: Pops/crackles when scrolling mix window in playback
I noticed that you have the new 1TB Western Digital Black drive (WD1003FZEX). That drive apparently has poor seek times (16-17ms) because it's a single platter, two-head drive. The larger capacity...

Have to agree that it's a great program considering it's less than $100 per course. Mark Anderson (the program's founder) and Bruce Tambling are excellent teachers and they really care about their...
