But I don’t think it applies to the most expensive DAW , aka Pro Tools

I’m sure there are plenty of UI designers, computer engineers looking for work
That would easily code Pro Tools to take advantage of higher resolutions and font resizing.

workarounds are ok & acceptable for startup companies
not for the "industry standard" and most $$$ DAW's

yes, but i don't like the workaround, of changing to a lower resolution,
as that makes EVERYTHING bigger, and less sharp.

49" not 4k, as most aren't i'm at. 5120x1440,

so ye font is small, and i am not interested in changing resolution , as i want to use max resolution all the time,

so i just need bigger...

yes, but even so, fonts are way too small in general,

Font Size to me is as important as Colors on regions and tracks,
i have ot be able to read my markers and clips, as i deal with...

YES!! i forgot about Marker Lanes, those need to be resizable for sure, any or all,
i'd like to give it 2x the horizontal size, and be able to increase font size,
at least...

I have a 49” monitor as 1 of 4 monitors
And text size is too small.
There is plenty of room to view text bigger in regions on timeline . And clip list over on right as you can expand it left...
