Skip Windows 8. Windows 10 is way better than Win 8, assuming your computer can handle it.

On my laptop, I have two separate Windows partitions installed in a dual boot set up, one for Windows 10...

Wasn't it determined some years ago that Protools benefits more from the faster RAM that is used with the regular CPUs than with the ECC and buffered RAM that is used in the Xeon and Opteron CPUs?...

No one building dual proc systems anymore? A single CPU with six cores is plenty of horse power for ProTools these days?
