If I get an audio interface, what are some of the options, keeping in mind that I need to track drums with at least 4 or 5 mics at a time. Just throwing an audio interface in between the mixer and PC...

That means new mixer. Whee. Any suggestions for less than $100? Preferably enough inputs for a simple hip-hop vocal tracking session but also enough for a rock group including drums.
