I don't use aggregate devices, but I assume the individual setup affects the aggregate device as well.

Although I cannot answer your question, I think the problem is solved within a few months when the Atmos renderer is built into Protools so you don't need the Dolby Atmos Bridge as the playback...

It's still in alpha stage. The built-in renderer is fairly simple. You can set a speaker layout and that's about it. Currently up to 7.1.4 but it will go up to 9.1.6. No array mode or speaker...
