OT: batch processing Program

I need to process plugins to 1400 short files (6 sec each)
Is there a program that can do this in osx???
I was using an old waves program called WaveConvert pro but it's only os9.

Everytime I lunch protools I get this message, the problem is that once i click the download button nothing happen,
it's not dowloading, so after a while I just click cancel and protools opens...

I have a g4 dual 1.25, 1 giga ram and the digi 002r,
OSX 10.3.2, PT 6.2.3, so I don't think that there is a compability issue here,

first I swithed from Maccally mouse to original appel optical mouse,
and the most important was to disconect my USB Midi...

Is there any card with DSP for RTAS plug-ins?
I checked universal audio card but they say
no RTAS support inthe near future if at all.
