Just to let you know. I dug my old MBox out of mothball, loaded the USB ASIO Drivers (~$60) along with Reaper (another $60) and it is better than ever!!:D

Well you may know that the original MBox is no longer supported by Avid. As a result PT LE 8.01 with XP was/is the last official version.;)
