Oh because i have enough processing power, I just thought some interfaces had more/less latency than others.

I think I found my issue. Some of my older waves plugins were out of date. I think I will have 2 see if waves offers a upgrade plan.

I believe all my plugins are updated to pt8, I'm not sure what version of waves I'mon as I bought some plugins about 3 years ago, and some recently.

Ugghh, now when I tried to open a session I did yesterday, pro tools closes automatically, and I says it did not shut down tidy. Its driving me crazy lol.

The CPU (RTAS) meter is around 17-18% (20 max)
Everything else on the other meters is barely at 1%.

Same Result as well on the audio drive wav 24bit. I hope i dont have reinstall pro tools.

Yea, I was trying to bounce a mp3 to my primary desktop. Now whenever I try to bounce it, it will glitch up as before, and now I see a h/w buffer size error -9094.

as soon as i raised the buffer to 1024, a h/w error -9094 came up. And still cant find low latency monitoring.

Nope, it will have the little bounce to disk box that shows you can press the "esc key for ...", and after about 42 seconds, I hear a little glitch sound, and the song restarts, and the timer...
