I have just started seeing this happen on a MBP Max M1, MacOS 12.6.3, PT 2022.12. It is to new to my set-up to see any common behavior with why I am needing to force quit PT.

Re: macOS Monterey 12.6

Updated to MacOS 12.6 on a MBP M1 max right after the public release. As noted, it is mainly a security release. Have not experienced any difference from MacOS 12.5.1 concerning PT use.

This happens to me also intermittently on a MBP Max (Monterey {all versions}). Relaunching the Finder by force quitting it seems to fix it for the short term.
