I feel your pain!

002R on an Alienware that's decked out to the gills. Nothing but sluggish, poor performance from Pro Tools. I just sold my Alienware on eBay and bought a Dual 2GHz G5 tower....

Thanks a lot you guys. Sorry about that - I could've sworn I clicked on the LE forum. My mistake - but thank you guys for being so helpful. A second SATA internal seems like the definite way to go.
